Yair Gaon is an executive with a computer engineering background and more than two decades of experience across business development, consulting, management, and entrepreneurship. His work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technology delivery: helping technology companies win in North America, helping venture platforms build and scale, and turning AI from a slide into a working system.
Through Edgemind Ventures, Yair provides senior-level advisory and execution support to selected clients and partners, including long-term engagements with EUVIC US and Tributary Ventures.

Edgemind Ventures operates from San Juan, Puerto Rico, a U.S. jurisdiction with a growing professional services and technology community. Services are performed from Puerto Rico for clients, investors, and portfolio companies outside Puerto Rico, under the island's export services framework.
The location is a working base, not a marketing angle: same time zone as the U.S. East Coast market for most of the year, direct access to U.S. counterparties, and a clear legal and operating footprint.
